Brynn Phillips

Brynn Phillips is the Sales Manager for Streamline Developers. Growing up in Southeastern Virginia, her whole life has been embedded in the coast. She has lived in Carteret County since 2011 and wouldn’t dream of living anywhere else. After graduating from Old Dominion University in 2009, she happened upon a passion for real estate and specifically new construction. After years of gaining experience in the field, she came to work at Streamline in 2017, knowing that the existing team’s passion for growth and ambition for success matched hers. She’s a blur of a figure to most, but when she’s relaxing, she’s on or by the water in what she calls her “church”.

Adam Weaver

Adam Weaver started out in 2003 in the residential new construction industry. Working for various subcontractors, production and semi-custom home builders in the Raleigh-Durham market along the way. Moved to Beaufort in 2022 and joined Streamline Developers with long term goals and big aspirations for the company.

Chris’s journey through life has been firmly rooted in the world of construction, a path that he has navigated with passion and expertise. With a wealth of experience spanning across remediation, remodeling, high-end residential, and semi-custom new construction, Chris’s career has been a testament to his unwavering commitment to his craft.

However, it wasn’t until he found his professional home at Streamline Developers that Chris truly hit his stride. Here, he has not only found a place to showcase his exceptional construction talents but has also embraced a “whatever it takes” attitude that sets him apart. Chris is the kind of professional who thrives on challenges, seeing them as opportunities to excel and deliver outstanding results.

When he’s not on the construction site, Chris enjoys savoring life’s simpler pleasures. His spare time is often dedicated to spending quality moments with his cherished wife, creating lasting memories together. And when the sun is shining, you can often find him by the grill, masterfully cooking up delicious meals for family and friends.
