A home builder’s guarantee is essentially a written promise from the builder to the homeowner, stating that they will rectify any defects or issues, outside of industry standards, that may arise either during the construction of the home or after the home has been lived in as covered under the builder’s warrranty and addressed in the Warranty Manual.
