Streamline Developers, LLC is a local new home builder serving the state of North Carolina. While we have found great success in Morehead City and the Crystal Coast of NC, we are actively branching into other markets throughout Eastern North Carolina. We have all types of floor plans available, from 1200 sq ft to 4500 sq ft. If you can’t seem to find what you are looking for, we can have the plan of your dreams drawn by our seasoned draftsman. Our highly experienced team has the knowledge and expertise to take your dream from concept to completion and will work with you to create a design that fits your style and budget.

Jordan has had an interest in construction since childhood. At age 14, he turned that interest into a passion as he began his career working for a General Contractor in Kinston, NC. In addition to his hands on experience, Jordan continued gaining knowledge through formal education including obtaining a Bachelors of Science in Construction Management with a minor in Business Administration from East Carolina University. Upon graduation, he joined a construction firm in Eastern North Carolina as a Superintendent where he gained knowledge in green building and large scale projects. As he spent time on the coast of North Carolina, he saw an opportunity to start a construction and development company. Jordan founded Streamline Developers in 2012 with the goal of helping others realize the homes of their dreams.
